Here is what you need:-
- 4 cups roughly chopped Palak (spinach)
- 1 medium potato diced
- 1 meduim onion diced
- 1 tsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves
- 10 to 15 whole black peppercorns
- 2 tsp oregano
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups water
- 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
- Cream for garnishing ( optional)
Method:-
- In a pressure cooker heat butter and saute garlic cloves, pepper and oregano
- Saute the onions and potatoes and add the palak leaves.
- Add water and pressure cook for 10 to 15 mins.
- Cool the mixture and blend it in a blender .
- Pour the mixture back in the pan and bring it to a boil.
- Add salt. Taste for seasoning.
- Garnish with garlic and cream.
